MARCH 2012

March 4-5: MA School Library Association (MSLA) Conference in Hyannis, MA
Apprentice Shop Books will be participating as an exhibitor at the MSLA Conference at the Hyannis Conference Center in Hyannis, MA on Sunday, March 4 through Monday March 5. Our exhibit will include our latest release John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy and previews of the spring release of five more states (IL, CT, VT, ME, RI) in the America's Notable Women Series.

FEBRUARY 2012

February 2: Lisa Greenleaf at the Rotary Club of Haverhill, MA
Lisa Greenleaf will speak at the Rotary Club of Haverhill meeting on Thursday, February 2 at 12:15pm. Lisa will be discussing her award winning book John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy at this members only event.
February 11 -12 : Snowbound Weekend
On Saturday, February 11 from 10am to 4pm and on Sunday, February 12 from 12pm to 4pm, Lisa Greenleaf will be at John Greenleaf Whittier's Birthplace in Haverhill, MA. Books will be available for purchase and signing at the recreation of the poem "Snowbound".

JANUARY 2012

January 20: Lisa Greenleaf at Authors' Night
A Literary Evening: The Second Annual Authors' Night will be held at Zorvino Vineyard on Friday, January 20, 2012 from 6:00 to 9:00pm. The event features Lisa Greenleaf and over 75 New England authors. Lisa will be signing her award winning book John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy at this charity event that raises money for three New Hampshire schools and libraries. January 24: Lisa Greenleaf Gate City Chronicle Appearance
Lisa Greenleaf will be interviewed for Nashua, NH cable television show "Gate City Chronicle". Lisa will be discussing her inspiration for illustrating John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy and her career in graphic design, illustration, and publishing.
January 30: Lisa Greenleaf Interview on WHAV.net
Lisa Greenleaf will be interviewed by Tim Coco about her inspirational journey to complete John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy and her career as an illustrator and graphic designer. The interview will be broadcast on TV, radio, and the internet.

DECEMBER 2011

December 3: Lisa Greenleaf Book Signing
The Haverhill Public Library will be hosting a book signing event in the Johnson Auditorium from 2:00 to 4:00pm. The library’s address is 99 Main Street, Haverhill, Massachusetts. Lisa Greenleaf will be signing her newly released book John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy.
December 7: Lisa Greenleaf Book Signing
On December 7, Lisa Greenleaf will be at the Haverhill Country Club from 5:00 to 9:00pm signing her award winning book John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy. On December 30 from 1:00 - 2:00pm Linda Crotta Brennan will be doing a reading and signing books at the Rhode Island Blood Center in Narragansett, Rhode Island.

November 5: Lisa Greenleaf Book Signing

November 10: Lisa Greenleaf and Diane Mayr (The Write Sisters), Meet the Authors Evening
On November 10, Lisa and Diane will be speaking about their author experiences. The award winning John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy and titles in the America's Notable Women Series will be available for purchase and signing at the Langeley Adams Library in Groveland, MA from 7:00 - 9:00pm. On November 14, Lisa Greenleaf will be presenting to students in grades 4 through 6 at the Whittier Middle School in Haverhill, MA. Lisa will discuss the writing and illustrating process she used in the development of the award winning John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy.

Linda Crotta Brennan will be taking part in the AuthorFest at Friends Academy in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts on November 17 and 18.

October 16: John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy Book Launch in Amesbury, MA
Join illustrator, Lisa Greenleaf, as she and Apprentice Shop Books celebrate the launch of her illustrated book, John Greenleaf Whittier's The Barefoot Boy. Spend the afternoon with Lisa enjoying light refreshments and have the opportunity to purchase an autographed book by a descendent of poet John Greenleaf Whittier.
